Rosie Mittens

Rosie went home with her new family on October 3, 2023.

Hello, my name is Rosie Mittens. I have been living at Cat Guardians for quite a while, and I love all my cat and human friends. As you can see, I am a beautiful, dilute calico with the prettiest, green eyes. I am quite inquisitive and enjoy being involved in whatever you are doing. I am also a wonderful conversationalist. Just ask any of my human friends at the shelter, as I am always regaling them with all the kitty antics and mischief my friends have gotten into the previous night.

The wonderful folks here at the shelter have been working with my vets to give me the best care possible. You see, I have a problem with my throat near my larynx and it can make it difficult for me to breathe sometimes. While I would love to have a forever home of my own, it would need to be just the right place … somewhere quiet where I can be the only cat and with a human friend that I trust so that I don’t get anxious, as that can aggravate my breathing. Until just the right person comes along, my wonderful human family here at Cat Guardians take extra special care of me and make sure that I have plenty of pets and human interaction, plus they often bring a peacock feather for me to play with, which I totally love!

If you love my color and my beautiful eyes, please consider sponsoring me. I’ll make sure you get a certificate and a picture of me to post where you can see me every day! Hugs and kisses!

Love,
Rosie Mittens
