Rolly

Rolly went home with his new family on ~Aug 15, 2024

Meet Rolly! One of the Elite Eight, history-making kittens at Cat Guardians.

Why is Rolly history-making? Well, because he is a part of only the 2nd litter in Cat Guardians history where a litter of 8 kittens were born and all 8 survived. Hence the group name, The Elite Eight.

(Also, if you’re not a basketball fan, the Elite 8 is when the final 8 teams make it in the NCAA March Madness basketball tournament. This group is named after the Men’s 2024 NCAA tournament).

Rolly is for ‘Roll Tide!’ for the University of Alabama. Pronounced row-lee.

Rolly will quite literally roll his way into your heart and lap. His affectionate rolls and rubs will have you smitten. What does Rolly want out of life? Pets. Lots and lots of pets and affection. He’s not clingy, but loves affection. And who can blame him? His big eyes and bear paws are irresistible.

Rolly loves to play, gallop, rub on you, and cuddle with his sister Bluey. Is that a tiny Bear on your couch? No, it’s just Rolly taking an afternoon snooze on his back. Rolly also loves a smartphone. He likes to FaceTime and play cat games on the phone — yes, really.

Contact Cat Guardians if you’re interested in meeting or adopting Rolly!

As with all kittens, they are better adopted in pairs to avoid Single Kitten Syndrome. They will also take some time to adjust to their new home with you, but with patience and love you’ll get the rolls and rubs just like Rolly’s foster parents do. Had your eye on Bluey too? This pair is a great pair of lower-energy kittens who are often caught cuddling together on the couch.

Lucky for Rolly, his mom Olivia Benson, was brought into Cat Guardians very pregnant after being found outside. Olivia and her 8 kittens have only known a warm, loving (aka spoiled), and safe home since. Olivia’s kittens are currently available for adoption with Cat Guardians!
