Foxxy Cleopatra

2020-09-04: Shy, sweet Foxxy left us today, to be with her brother, Austin, in the afterlife. She spent many years in the Quiet Room, where she felt safe after being returned to us in 2013. Sadly, she was not able to find her forever home, but she was deeply loved by the staff, and never had to feel alone. In her last weeks, she became much more friendly, and when approached in the right way, loved being petted and hugged. On her last day, she took a stroll around the shelter to say goodbye, before passing away in the night. She was a beautiful girl who will be missed by all of the volunteers.
