Gisele

It is with a heavy heart that we note the passing our our sweet Gisele. She was adopted from Cat Guardians 7 years ago, but returned to us earlier this year because her mommy was unable to care for her alone after her daddy passed. We gladly took her back in and gave her the best care possible, especially as she had thyroid and kidney issues that required medication and regular SC fluids.

She received her normal fluids and enjoyed her dinner earlier this week, only to quickly decline later in the day as her kidney issues flared up. We quickly took her to the e-vet, but despite everyone’s best efforts, this time she was unable to rally. She crossed the rainbow bridge peacefully with a Cat Guardian by her side.

We will miss you Gisele.
