Chief

Chief went home with his new family on ~Aug 15, 2024

Meet Chief! One of the Elite Eight, history-making kittens at Cat Guardians.

Why is Chief history-making? Well, because he is a part of only the 2nd litter in Cat Guardians history where a litter of 8 kittens were born and all 8 survived. Hence the group name, The Elite Eight.

(Also, if you’re not a basketball fan, the Elite 8 is when the final 8 teams make it in the NCAA March Madness basketball tournament. This group is named after the Men’s 2024 NCAA tournament).

Chief is for the University of Illinois.

Chief, also affectionately known as Chiefy, puts the CHIEF in mischief!

Chiefy will keep you on your toes, steal your lunch (and breakfast and dinner), your lap, your love, and he will do everything in his power to play with you. So bring on the toys!

He likes to play, flip, run, climb, tumble, and wrestle his siblings. He always likes to see what you’re doing too. Get ready to play along with this confident, cheerful, and clever boy! He’s also affectionate, fun, and did we mention, playful? Chiefy’s confidence should help him adapt well to a new home with kids of any age or even a dog.

Contact Cat Guardians if you’re ready to bring this high-energy boy into your life!

As with all kittens, they are better adopted in pairs to avoid Single Kitten Syndrome. They will also take some time to adjust to their new home with you, but with patience and love you’ll get the

Lucky for Chief, his mom Olivia Benson, was brought into Cat Guardians very pregnant after being found outside. Olivia and her 8 kittens have only known a warm, loving (aka spoiled), and safe home since. Olivia’s kittens are currently available for adoption with Cat Guardians!
