Hi there! My name is Edie Kay. You’ve no doubt noticed my beautiful black and orange fur … yes, I’m a tortie. Some folks say torties have attitude, but please don’t put that label on me. I am rather reserved, and my preferred spot is up high where I can see all that is going on in the shelter. Human contact still makes me nervous, but I am motivated by turkey treats and am gaining confidence, so I’m sure that in time I will warm up to someone who is gentle and consistent.
