Beanie Baby

2016-12-21: Beanie Baby, a long time resident of the shelter, passed away recently, while in the loving care of Diane, one of the board members and most dedicated volunteers for the shelter. He was a big, friendly guy, who would greet people at the shelter, and was just nice to all. When he was being rubbed, or was just happy, he would respond with a unique purr like a pigeon cooing. He will be sorely missed by everyone at the shelter.
