Over the years, Cat Guardians has provided a loving home for cats who couldn’t be adopted due to age, medical conditions or socialization issues and you will find the cats currently under our care listed on the “sponsorship” page of our website. Most of those cats end up spending their entire lifetime with us, living in comfort in our cage free shelter, where our volunteers treat them as if they were their own pets. Unfortunately, the time eventually comes when we must say goodbye to these loved members of the Cat Guardians family.

On this page, you will find listings for those kitties who have crossed the rainbow bridge while in the care of the shelter. This page also includes historical listings for cats which were never marked “adopted” on our old website. Given the age of the record, we simply don’t know at this point if these cats eventually found their forever home or if they stayed with us until they passed on. Regardless of why the cat is listed here, rest assured that it was loved by our volunteers and provided with the best possible care for the time it was entrusted to us.
